Frederique Cattan Dorn is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Cattan Dorn Consulting, LLC, an executive search and talent strategy firm serving global, purpose-driven organizations. Her work spans executive search, fractional talent acquisition leadership, recruitment systems design, AI integration, inclusive hiring, and leadership coaching, with a reputation for combining deep sector knowledge with a rigorous, people-first approach. Before founding the firm, Frederique served as Senior Proposal Recruiter at Population Services International (PSI), delivering full-cycle recruitment for high-value donor-funded initiatives across five continents. Throughout her career, extensive talent pipelines have been built, staffing strategies led, and strategic partnerships developed across nonprofit, humanitarian, and international development contexts.

She holds an M.A. in International Relations and International Law and a B.A. in International Relations and French Literature, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is fluent in English, French, and Hebrew.
