With a focus on connecting mission-driven professionals with meaningful careers, Frederique previously served as Senior Proposal Recruiter for Population Services International (PSI), delivering full-cycle recruitment for high-value donor-funded initiatives across five continents. Throughout her career, she has secured top-tier executive and technical talent, built extensive talent pipelines, led staffing strategies, and fostered strategic partnerships.

Frederique brings a deep understanding of nonprofit governance, fundraising, and program leadership. She is adept at building strong relationships, fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices, and aligning talent strategies with organizational missions.

She holds an M.A. in International Relations & International Law and a B.A. in International Relations & French Literature.
